birdness|blindness a symphony|deflection was a piece performed in April 2015. This piece was made in collaboration with Ava Chen, Euree Kim, Keenan Benshop, Johanne Laache, John Lincoln-Vogel, and Tanya Hong. I myself did not perform but rather orchestrated the piece in conversation with the performers, continually feeding them prompts that took the form of costumes, props, sound recordings, poetic scores and descriptions of personae.
